She's the host of the Feel Good 80s and 90s show weekdays on 98.1 CHFI in Toronto, and also the host of a national classic rock show that airs across Canada on Rogers rock stations. As an award winning Canadian media personality and longtime CHYM FM host, Adele is known for bringing warmth, positivity, and energy to listeners every day.

Born and raised in Waterloo Region, Adele is passionate about community involvement and supporting initiatives that bring people together.

For the 2026 Charity Gala for Champions with Special Needs, Adele will join Fierce N Fit as one of the evening’s official MCs.
